Upon successful payment and scheduling, users receive:

- Session details within the app dashboard
- A confirmation email with session summary and instructions
- In-app notifications and reminders prior to the session
Delivery Timelines
- Minimum delivery time: Instant confirmation after successful booking
- Maximum delivery time: Up to 24 hours, depending on therapist availability and appointment slots
While most bookings are confirmed instantly, certain cases may require up to 24 hours for therapist confirmation, especially if booked outside of working hours or during high-demand periods.
