Get My Therapist is a digital platform that facilitates access to licensed and certified mental health professionals. We provide services such as:

- Self-assessment mental health tests
Please note: The platform does not provide emergency mental health services. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a nearby hospital immediately.
Therapist Booking and Usage
- Users can browse profiles of verified therapists, view their availability, and book sessions at their convenience.
- Once a session is booked and payment is made, the user will receive session details, including date, time, and access links within the app and via email.
- Rescheduling and cancellations must be done in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
User Responsibilities
By using the platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and while booking sessions.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- Use the platform respectfully and ethically. Any misuse, abusive behavior, or harassment of therapists or support staff may result in account suspension or termination.

We take privacy seriously. All personal data, session details, and communications are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use end-to-end encryption and secure data handling practices to ensure confidentiality.
Payments and Charges
All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways. By confirming a session, you agree to pay the applicable charges for the selected therapist and service. We do not store your payment information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Get My Therapist and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we ensure a high standard of care and professional service, Get My Therapist is not liable for:
- Any decisions made by the user based on self-assessment test results.
- Any issues arising from the professional conduct of independent therapists.
- Technical failures or service interruptions beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted will constitute acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Govt. of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
